Shipping policy

Positive Me Please is a “print on demand” business. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to verify and process your orders. A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to shipping courier. We ship domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or DHL. 

Positive Me Please is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you received a confirmation number, any claims should be made with the courier. However, if your items are lost or stolen, please contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.
